Returns are not accepted on single cards, sealed product, or pre-owned LEGO.

We have a 10-day return policy on video games, video game consoles, and new LEGO, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must visit the store.
